Origin Story

My Hometown

I grew up in Syracuse, New York right across from Clark’s Reservation.

I remember spending hours running along the trails with my favorite music playing in my ears or being tucked beneath the trees lost in the pages of a good book.

I grew up listening to John Denver and reading stories like Touching Spirit Bear, both of which nurtured my appreciation for the natural world and the sense of calm it brought me.

For as long as I can remember, the outdoors has felt like home.

College Days

I attended the University of Rochester, where I earned a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the Simon Business School.

I chose Business Analytics because I’ve always loved telling stories and I believe there’s no better way to do so than with data.

Best of all, I met my life partner at the Simon Business School. Here we are, enjoying the view from Letchworth State Park, just a short drive from campus.

Places like Letchworth tend to remind me of what really matters in my life.

Modern Livin’

Today I live in West New York, New Jersey with my life partner, and we spend a lot of time exploring the Garden State together.

After being impacted by layoffs, I’ve been using this time to reflect and dive into projects that bring me joy.

While the job search has its ups and downs, it’s also reminded me of the value of resilience and staying connected to what truly matters.

Whether it’s exploring nature or working on a new project, I’m finding ways to continue to grow. That makes this chapter one worth remembering.

I may not know what comes next, but I’m excited to keep writing my story!
